Where knowledge moves through form and silence, and meaning unfolds in relation

My research
My PhD explores how different ways of knowing shape our relationship with the living world - and how they shape us in return. I follow gestures, conversations and rituals that invite a different way of relating - one that resists control, and leans into reciprocity. Situated within - but also questioning - the framework of Planetary Health, the research traces moments of transformation: shifts in perception, relation, and responsiveness that arise in encounter. Not as answers, but as openings.

“Perhaps the work of my research is not to resolve these differences but to live in their tension. To recognize that contradictions carry knowledge. That a plastic wrapper on a mountain path is both evidence of global harm and of local survival. That joy and grief can mingle in the same piece of foil.”
